At Dodambaby, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We Do Not Offer Refunds
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final. We offer exchanges only.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged: items that have been washed or used, items without original packaging, and sale or discounted items.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at hello@dodambaby.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the reason for the exchange
- We will reply within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your exchange
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dodambaby.com.au with photos. We will resolve this promptly at no extra cost to you.
